"Stayed for one night after a short break in Scarborough. If you want luxury this is certainly a place to stay. Can't fault it apart from due to the master bedroom being quite big it only had a double size bed in it. Imo It needs a king size bed just to give it that extra wow factor. "Lovely well equipped house for our stay in saltburn. Very clean and perfect for a family or couple. Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins walk from local shops/restaurants. I recommend the Thai restaurant Coco & Rum for a meal or takeaway. There’s is a parking space at the back of the property but we could not fit our car into it but street parking at front was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again when visiting my family"

"Large room very clean, nice peaceful surroundings. Fridge very handy. 2 single put-you-up beds in room for some reason in addition to the double bed. Never saw the owners. No breakfast as advertised on Hotels.com (& also on the sign on main road it's listed as a B&B) but plenty of places in Yarm to eat & we had a lovely evening meal at the Fox Covert pub up the lane - would advise booking as packed. A little coffee table would be handy "
