"I love the fact that the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The next time I go I will have to stay here again to experience the lounge that I know that they had and also to actually sit down and have dinner as opposed to in my room but I was very satisfied with this property and yes I would recommend it to anyone. "Our stay at Pacific Palms Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. Amenities were meh, ice machine did not work on our floor. House keep ladies were nice and worked with a smile.One area where the hotel could improve is in the area of cleanliness. "Were we greeted by Lisa who let us check. In early and offered us warm Chocolate chip cookies. Not only that, but she asked us if we wanted to stay higher up or lower as well as close or far from the elevator. So sweet. The room is beautiful. Clean, new a with beautiful views. Great experience. "
