"Breakfast wasn’t worth the price. Short staffed, not a lot of items to choose from other than eggs that didn’t offer a lot of accompaniments for an omelette as 3 quarters of the add on ingredient bowls were empty and the cook was on her own so couldn’t replenish. Also, night before we ordered a mixed seafood platter for 2 that was one of the more expensive items on the menu and it was sooo over cooked. Everything was tried up. They comp’d us breakfast the next morning but should have had them remove from bill given the quality of the breakfast. The hotel itself is very nice with spacious rooms etc. for which I give a high rating. The restaurant brings it down thought"

"El hotel esta en una buenisima ubicacion, la mejor que pude escoger, el personal es muy amable y servicial, el desayuno incluido es muy rico, mi lugar favorito fue la terraza, las habitaciones son pequenas, si, pero honestamente eso no importa tanto ya que cd de mexico es para salir a recorrerla asi que basicamente la habitacion era solo para descansar de un dia agetreado, tomar una cervezita en la terraza y relajarte. Muy recomendado"

"The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very polite and useful, i did not eat or went to the bar. But i did tried to order room service and i thought that the prices were extremely high, so i did not order anything. The hotel is right on Reforma street and it is walking distance to almost every monument and restaurants. If you don't like to walk the MetroBus stop is right in front of the hotel. The gym was ok, I did not like that the rooms at night are bright even with all curtains closed. And also the rooms are not noise proof. I could hear every person that pass trough my room and every car honking outside."

"The location of the hotel is great, there’s a lot of places to eat and it’s within 10 minutes of Chapultepec. The hotel definitely needs some updates in their rooms, especially the bedding. The sink in my room wasn’t draining well enough, it would take some time for all the water to go down. Also the gym is in need of an upgrade too. Some of the machines weren’t working and it’s very limited for people like me who like to stay fit even on vacation. Other than that, the staff were great and helpful."
