There was a problem with the AC and they responded immediately, courtesly and professionaly. The hotel is beautiful. 24 hour front desk service and everyone in the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel. My 5 day stay was beyond pleasant.

Everything was good. Good staff. Good rooms. Restaurant was delicious. Centric location. The only thing i can say is the beds weren't comfortable at all. Hotel needs to invest in new beds & pillows.

Staff, hotel location and amenities were good for what we needed for our stay. Check in and Check out was seamless. In addition, our housekeeping needs were above and beyond - Patry was friendly and helpful as she took care of our room. Hotel is older, but well maintained. Only thing was air conditioner a little loud, and temp control. The location was great to access transportation. Would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had an outstanding experience. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff did an outstanding job throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also a major plus—it's conveniently situated near many of the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. However, there was one notable issue with the bathroom. The shower door didn’t close completely, which caused water to spill across the bathroom floor each time I used it. I ended up having to use most of the towels to dry the area. I reported the problem, but unfortunately, it was never resolved during my stay. Aside from that inconvenience, everything else was great. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this could easily be a perfect place to stay.

Quiet hotel in convenient and safe part of the city. Room was clean, rooftop pool a hit with the kids. Buffet breakfast excellent. The glass elevators were stunning. No frills room but would highly recommend.
