「The lady at the front desk saw I had the little girls with me. Asked me first if we could be put by the pool. I said that’s fine. Get to the room it was super clean, tidy and everything worked. 「We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward.
