Branchburg 4 Stars Hotels

"We enjoyed our one night stay at the Doubletree on Route 1 in Princeton. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice view. The cookies were delicious."

"Very nice hotel and rooms. We thought we had a quiet room until The wedding bands started to play. My wife had to go to the front desk to get earplugs to go to sleep!"

"Overnight stay. The room was clean. Moderate in amenities (no check through tv services). The staff was pleasant and efficient. Didn't see where there was breakfast on premises."

"Upon arrival the hotel failed to clean my room thoroughly. They spread the bed and that’s it. I found stains & holes on my sheets, hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the toilet seat. Then stained towels and spots on the large and makeup mirror. I went downstairs and informed the front desk (after calling repeatedly and no answer) of the sheet stains, and they said new sheets would brought up. When I asked if they’ll spread the bed the guest services person looked at me odd, gave me attitude and confirmed sheets will be brought up. We were tasked with re-spreading our own bed. Then as the night went on we noticed the stains on the bathroom towels and that there was only 1 set of all towel supplies… so we needed to make another front desk request. Which again they failed to answer the phone, so I went down late at night to request this. They prioritized my room cleaning the next day and it was like night and day after. I informed the manager of this inconvenience and she informed me that she’ll raise it to the GM. I’m still waiting to hear back. I also reached out to Hotels.com and because the hotel was unresponsive they were unable to do much on their side. I’m so disappointed that this was a 4 star + experience because never have I been forced to stay in a dirty room, much less get my front desk calls ignored and tasked with spreading my own bed when at a hotel and to top it off be given attitude when’s I raise the issue to staff members."

"Breakfast was not included. Unless you purchase the Diamond package. When it clearly stated free breakfast. You are allowed to get coffee tho… "
