「The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended. 」

「给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。」
