"I booked this property and they never gave me access to get into the room as everything is done virtually.. I had to book a different hotel room to spend the night and I’ve been going back-and-forth with them and orbits to get my refund! "

"The pictures do not do this property justice. This home is beautiful and one of the most clean I’ve been in. The beds are very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped as we wanted for nothing while cooking. Laundry was as accessible and we honestly wanted for nothing during our stay. Naomi was helpful and provided detailed information to make our stay effortless. We will be staying again when vacationing in Florida."

"The house was cute. Plenty of space for all of us. Pool area could have been a little cleaner but the house itself was great. Very disappointed in the kitchen. Almost no cooking utensils. No serving bowls, no baking or oven pans, no kitchen or hand towels. Smallest coffee pot I have ever seen and the dishwasher did not work. If the kitchen was a little more convenient and they had a bbq grill I would give this place 5 stars all the way. "

"Sewage smell. We were told by host she couldn't speak with us as she couldn't take calls from Canadian callers! Water leaked through inside floor boards. Home was located behind a horse stable and smelled (outside) of horse manure, too! No area where sun shone, very large trees keeping entire area in shade all day. Also, very uncomfortable mattress on bed. Swimming pool was above ground and never uncovered, so why advertise property with pool? Wouldn't ever book this property again!"
