"The facility was excellent. Service was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. Food service and cocktail hour service were excellent. Parking garage was a disaster. The layout was horrible and there were not enough spaces, especially if you drove anything other than a tiny car. This was made more frustrating by the fact that there was a surcharge for parking that had not been previously communicated with my reservation."

"this would have been a five star review- if not for the fact that the hotel had taken on a very large wedding the same weekend we were there. They did not have the staff to support the wedding and associated flood of additional guests- and therefore- the level of service for everyone suffered. I know this was out of there control- but the wedding group was really rude to other guests- leaving their crap everywhere in the hotel and just being generally loud and rude. It would have been a perfect stay except for this. I dont blame the staff- someone in management should have seen the surge coming and done something about it."
