「The room is very clean and large, host is super nice, the hot-tub and sauna have very nice view as well. They also have a garage. Location is also quite convenient, there is a supermarket right across the street and 10 minutes drive to Ortisei. highly recommended!」

「1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then...

「Staff on arrival was very helpful. Car park is slightly passed the hotel turning back on yourself. Travelled solo so room was small but bed very comfortable. Room was but too hot even with temp turned to lowest so had to sleep with window open. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was that the half board option had set menu which wasn’t appealing to solo traveller. Would probably be fine if travelling in couples/group. Big hot tub on 1st floor and roof top pool was great, chilled room next to...

I think her name was Reena - she went above and beyond. She offered to make us breakfast boxes for the next morning because we were sing early to hike. The spa and pool felt Amazing after a day of hiking. We loved the location of the hotel. We will be back again! 」

「Hotel Acadia was great to us. This area is a lot less touristy than other places we’ve stayed at in the Dolomites, and we felt so safe. Walkability is high as well, with lots of great food places around. Staff were conversational and accommodating with our early check out time, and even provided us with breakfast boxes the night before. 」
