"Close to many restaurants and shopping center which was great because we didn’t have to travel far to have a nice time. Hotel was very clean and friendly. "

"Very nice hotel but very short staffed. Check in took 45 min. 2 people at the desk and a tour group had just arrived and none of their room keys worked. Happy hour line at the bar was 15-20 people Deep with one bartender. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was comfortable and the kids loved the outdoor pool! "

"Tony and the front desk team were terrific hosts. Ana did a tremendous job resetting my room each day! This is a historic hotel so the creature comforts of a modern hotel (larger bathroom/shower) were absent, yet, this hotel is conveniently located near the Phoenix Convention Center and to several walkable restaurants! I would stay again!"

"This hotel shares a parking lot with Top Golf. It’s also within the walking distance to Cardinals Stadium and Westgate entertainment area. The rooms were great and clean, we had two king size beds! "

"Bed sucks. It hurts my back. The king size bed in 203 has a heavy dent on side of the bed, like a heavy person slept there forever. Reported it to the front desk. Other than that, great experience with staff and overall stay."
