「Staff was almost non-existent. Booked through Expedia with my service animal, the day i checked out I was confronted at 10:00 saying I would have to pay a pet deposit and cleaning fee for each day. I explained my animal is medically certified and was not a violation. I was forced to pull up and display my service animal certificates and reluctantly they waived any extra charges, but then at 10:30 there was a knock at the door with the man saying "times up, get out!"
