Willard 3 Stars Hotels

Great stay

It's Brand New. Everything is absolutely Brand New. The staff is 1st class in every area.

Our stay was very good and we enjoyed it and the free breakfast and the employees were very nice. Our room was very comfortable and we loved it but there was a some structural damage to a wall by the window, like a chunk of wall just came off and in the shower some of the caulk was stained orange but other than that we enjoyed it

Have stayed in several motels in Springfield, Missouri over the past two years and this was the best.

We loved the pool area and how big the room was!! Wish they had a small breakfast area that you didn’t have to pay for.

Amazing stay. That the hotel was brand new. My only complaint is the pet charge was too high. I think $75 is too much.

Stay was nice! Hotel was sold out but you would have never known it! Clean place and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t great. One thing I didn’t like is dogs being in the breakfast area around the food.

I really enjoy my stay!

Great experience in revitalized part of old town Springfield. Fun, clean, and safe neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes, coffee and tea houses. Room very interesting and comfortable. Just booked second stay in a different room next month, just because each room is unique and want to experience others. Stayed in Tallin room this time, trying Jaipur next time.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT TOP TIER 5 STAR SERVICE. NEW PROPERTY THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY & MADE THE STAY BEYOND WONDERFUL. WE TRAVEL ALOT. THIS IS BY FAR 1 OF MY BEST STAYS YET!!! IF I EVER COME BACK I WILL STAY HERE AND I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

My partner and I visited the Jewel room for one night and was amazed by how nice the room

The balcony was my favorite. Sipping coffee and watching the sunrise was beautiful. Only Con was the coffee wasn’t my kinda strong (I’m from texas everything is bigger and bolder LOL) kidding!! I just made that joke with my fiancé and he thought it was hilarious.

I am VERY picky! This Hilton is new, adjustable mattresses, large rooms, great pillows and plush towels. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Terrific breakfast made on the spot. Full bar with happy hour! Outdoor fire pit, several smoking areas. My mom needed a handicapped shower and it was huge with a large seat and bars everywhere! Very good restaurants within walking distance AND they accept dogs. The toaster took a long time to work our first morning and they gave us a huge discount on our...

This is an amazing hotel with great staff. 10/10

The Hotel was really nice and conveniently located just right off I-44. Lots of really great restaurants in the area, several were just next door! Only downside was the property was starting to show some wear and tear, but it was nothing serious.

We ended up extending our stay for a night, so we stayed 3 nights total. Super friendly employees, the pool was always clean and was open good hours (7am-10pm*for kids and 12am for adults) the bed was pretty firm but not bad, microwavable sausage egg and cheese biscuits, biscuits and gravy, or pancakes were yhe hot breakfast options, there was also muffins. The trains were loud and go by quite a bit, but they offer earplugs if it keeps you up or you want some. Overall loved my stay. Would...
