「The keys didn’t work and had to be reprogrammed x2. The remote for the TV didn’t work. There was only one bath towel provided. When I finally got towels two out of the three were badly stained. There were crumbs on the nightstand when we checked in, and the shower curtain was dirty.」

「We had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel Lake George. The location is excellent—close to the lake, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to walk to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has a charming atmosphere and offered good value for the location. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would consider staying here again when visiting Lake George.」

「Loved the quietness. Very relaxing and close to the Ticonderoga ferry on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. The owners are very nice. Serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. Has a bar on property as it is a pub and offers food only Thursday to Sunday for an extra cost for those staying at the Inn and some locals in the area. The area is rural and lots of dairy farms in the area. There is an Exxon Mobil station less than a mile away that is quite large. You can also get food there. There is...
