We enjoyed our stay! Pros: location, private beach, lounge chairs, tubes, playground, welcoming to families. Cons: the rooms are tight and dimly lit, the bathroom smells of mildew, there’s no blankets on the beds. Overall, we’d stay here again for the convenient location and beautiful private beach. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and tubes around the beach.

We truly had a good time there. Check in and out were easy. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The lake and pool areas were always clean and available. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. The other vacationers were all nice. Especially love that it's located in town so we could easily walk to Shepard Park, the arcade and restaurants. We will certainly return.

We always have a wonderful stay at Marine Village. Great amenities for the kids, pool play ground and beach are fantastic. The ability to park and walk to everything in town is why we stay! This year I do wish the room was cleaner. The floors were very dirty leaving our kids feet completely black, there was food under the bed from previous guests (fries and hardened gummies bears) clearly visible as soon as we checked into the room. The bathroom could use a better cleaning as well. Toilet seat was chipping off on our hands. With a few adjustments to the cleanings services we would gladly return to Marine Village for many years to come,

We appreciated the convenience about parking our vehicle & walking through the village. During our stay, there were occasions when we had to park on the other side of the lot because the space in front of our room was taken. Otherwise, no issues with parking. Perhaps it would make sense to paint room numbers on each parking spot? Upon arrival, There was no hot water in the shower & a leak under the bathroom sink but mgmt addressed the issue on a timely basis. One evening we had trouble sleeping because the occupants in the room next to us were noisy until past midnight. Overall, aside from the inconsistent weather, we had a pleasant stay and will consider returning to the property next year.
