"Jordan at the front desk has horrible customer service. I booked a standard room with a king bed and a city view and was giving a disabled person room with a parking lot view and was told by jordan, there was nothing he can do. Be careful with this place.They will bait and switch you."

"Excellent experience. The meals were off-the-charts outstanding. AUTHENTIC real-pure maple syrup with breakfast. The room was wonderful. Great lodge room for evening socialization, movies, games, etc. The staff could not be better. The price is more than reasonable. My horse, Boss, was the best. Many fun activities. Charming facility."
