"The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!"

"Pro's location location location Cons hotel is dated and showing its age but you get what you pay for plus we were never in our Room other than to sleep If the price stays reasonable it's worth the stay "

"We are not of Hispanic descent and would have liked to have a regular American breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and/or sausage gravy & toast. We don’t eat tacos & scrambled eggs for breakfast. The employees were very nice & helpful."

"Nice, comfortable and clean room. Check in very professional the young guy I believe name is Alex. NOTE: When you make a reservation online and they ask for add the breakfast for a lil more money; JUST ADD IT Beliveme 😃 Breakfast: An amazing buffet with everything. Two latin girls workers handle all that environment 💯 perfect! Perfect teamwork between these two girl and no one was waiting for any type of food or table."

"I enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if I return to Oak Park! Room was clean and comfortable and hotel is perfectly located to walk to shops, cafes and even the Frank Lloyd Wright neighborhood. The little pub inside was lively and fun. The Italian restaurant & bar inside was welcoming, friendly and had a vast array of delicious choices. The owner/executive chef Gio was one of the most delightful people we met on our trip to Chicago!"

"When we checked in everything was good until they told us that the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor and they compted us a larger room for the inconvenience.. Took everything up, room was large. Sat on the beds and there was a hard edge around the edge of the beds which made it hard to sit on but where we slept was great. 1 person took a shower in the morning. Had to have help shutting off the water. Shower was great. 3 of us used the toilet and it worked like a toilet...
