"for an upscae hotel the breakfast was a minimal. I opened a carton of milk that had gone sour. When I informed the staff I was told "It cant be sour, it is not expired" In truth, it was one day from being expired. I wsa aghast the staff seemed to be disputing my report and made no effort to ensure another guest would not have the same expreience."
