This the 2nd time we have stayed at the property and this time the room we got was nasty (no other way to put it). Stains on the furniture and carpet, bathroom was dirty with long hairs stuck to the walls. The bedding was CLEAN so that was a plus!! I only to my shoes off to hop into bed and shower and would only touch the white sheets. The room just left an icky feel on you....needs a good cleaning and update!!! Never swam but the pool had a green tint to it. Next time I will pay more for a better hotel!

There were few guests yet we were all roomed in the same area. Most of the night we heard loud pounding feet from the room above. No water available for breakfast. When I made a comment to the staff they responded, well, there’s a water fountain around the corner😳

The property is on the downhill, looks visibly worn and in need of upgrading. Carpet in rooms for instance needs to be cleaned. Room was "clean" but felt damp and smelled moldy. It was hard to sleep because of the poor air quality and overall lack of air circulation.

The hot tub was not very warm (which was ok with me), an elevator was broken, there were two nail clippings on the nightstand and the AC wasn't working properly.

Don’t stay here!

Our room smelled like urine and the tile floor felt sticky and dirty. The bathroom light above the mirror was burned out, deadbolt didn’t work. The biscuits and gravy were cold and the scrambled eggs were watery mush. The lobby bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I don’t know how this place has a high rating because the desk people were unprofessional and wouldn’t even give me a partial credit

The staff were wonderful people. We had to leave early in the morning for check out and the breakfast was ready a half hour before posted hour: which was greatly appreciated. They also had some great recommendations for dinner.

Very Deceiving

We checked in pretty late in the evening. When we got to our room we discovered our tv didn’t work. They offered for us to change rooms but it was late and didn’t feel like moving everything we had already unpacked until we tried the shower and 1 the drain didn’t drain and 2 we couldn’t get the water to shut off. So we agreed to switch rooms by the time we got into our new room and settled it was close to 1 am. The new room wasn’t much better. Carpet was gross and coming up in some places. They clearly do not do any maintenance to any rooms. The shelf was broken the microwave sat on and was being held off the bottom by towels. One of the elevators didn’t wasn’t working. None of the ice machines worked in the hotel and there was a sign saying they had ice in the kitchen so when I asked they said sorry we ran out! This hotel is very deceiving! Looks great on the surface but then you get in and it’s one thing after another wrong! I included pictures from the first room we were in and the second. I told them I had a lot of food I needed to put in fridge as we were traveling for baseball and the 2nd room they put us in had a tiny fridge. When I told them I needed a bigger fridge they told me they only had one size fridge in the entire hotel which was not true. The first room had a bigger fridge. If they try to put you in room 404 don’t do it or 407. Like I said I do t think they do any maintenance!
