「Clean room, great staff, great location!」

「Jose, the night auditor, was super friendly and knowledgeable. The bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. Hair all over the toilet, shower, and floor. The tile work was shoddy at best. Lot of chipped tiles and entrance to the shower was full of that pink slimy mold. We were exhausted from traveling or probably would’ve asked for a new room. The sheets were clean and we just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was great the next day. Lot of options I wasn’t expecting.」

「We have stayed at this hotel in the past, the last time probably in 2020. We will not stay again. It has significantly gone down hill in that time. The rooms were not very clean, the counters had stickiness from previous stays and there were crumbs all over the floor and beds. Walking into the lobby smelled very musty and throw the halls smelled like marajuana on multiple occasions. The hot tub was broken and apparently early has been for over a month. The pool area was a mess - dirty...

「For a newer hotel, the rooms were pretty beat up already. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped scratched, grout stained and yucky. No housekeeping service during my stay either. Not sure if that is a service they don't offer or if it was an oversight. It wasn't terrible but I wouldn't stay here again.」

「If you have an event at The Tin Smith it’s a perfect location. It’s right across from Breese Stevens. Tried to book for a summer concert but the rate tripled so I had to pass. Minimalist environment but that’s all we needed. Friendly staff.」
