「Room wasn’t clean upon check in. Dirty sheets, sticky floor, and some sort of sticky residue on the desk. Fridge was hot and had to be turned on for use. Keep this in mind if traveling with refrigerated medications. We were moved to another room and that room was missing a thermostat on the wall. We didn’t realize we only had one bath towel until we went to shower in the morning. Went down to the front desk to ask for one more towel and was told to be patient because housekeeping would be...

「The room was nicely prepared but could have provided more cover. The tenants didn’t follow instructions on luggage carts so I had to retrieve one on my own. Overall the stay was good.」
