「We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The room wasn’t fancy but extremely clean. The tub in the bath was extra big with scalding hot water; not ideal for kids without monitoring, but this may have been only for the rooms with king size beds. I loved the hot soaks. It was an easy walk through a little tunnel to get to the Natural Bridge Park. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food. 」

「It’s a lovely historic hotel and the room we had was spotless and roomy! Breakfast was included and was plentiful and had variety! It’s right across the street from the Omni baths so we could walk there!」

「Large, clean space. Great communication with property owners. They send you the check in codes ahead of your arrival so you can walk right into your room. Really close to shopping and dining options. 」

「Thank you for a great stay! The Abigail Inn is essentially a bed-and-breakfast. It is in a wonderful location for those who are visiting Lexington, Virginia, Washington and Lee University, or Virginia Military Institute. The included breakfast was honestly one of the best breakfasts of my life! 」

「We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! 」

「This bed and breakfast is run by a lovely young couple who were a delight to talk to. I had numerous questions before we arrived and they were answered promptly. The rooms were clean and charming. The history of the building is fascinating and there was a lot of literature on hand about the area. The breakfast was delicious, a recipe from the owner's grandmother who was also the previous owner. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!」

「My wife and I stayed here in May 2025. We loved it, and would definitely stay here again, if we were in the area. The inn itself was great, but Martha (the hostess) was the real highlight of this place. She was very welcoming, and certainly had a servant's heart. The breakfast she made was outstanding. And the cookies were delicious, too! The room we stayed in was very good (including the bathroom), and we loved sitting on the front porch during our first night there. The view of the mountains...
