「Debíamos de ponernos en contacto con una persona que nos daría las instrucciones para la entrada a la propiedad. Deanna A.
Lo hicimos con 3 días de anticipacion en varias ocasiones por llamada, correo, Wa , etc. sin respuesta.
Finalamente, tras insistir a Hoteles.com , se contactó una persona muy amable de Evolve, para indicarnos esperáramos instrucciones de la persona que nos debería de contactar o le llamáramos, aún cuando le insistimos no habíamos logradola comunicación
