"The property was really nice and unique. The biggest issue is for rooms facing the pool, the music from the bar goes until 1AM on the weekend. It's really loud and there's no soundproofing. They asked us if this would be a problem at check-in and when I said yes it would be a problem and asked if we could be moved, they said there were no rooms left, completely full - sorry! Then why ask to begin with...? That left a bad impression. Friday night was ok/tame but Saturday night was SO loud,...

"This hotel was a nice surprise! We were traveling with classic show cars, were concerned but the 3 security guards the casino provides driving through the night made us feel better. We loved this hotel quiet and super clean!!! We were very pleased with our stay!! We even booked again to stay here coming home. Also beds and pillows were super comfy!"

"The rim was ok but the carpets were so dirty. Just a couple of minutes walking on the carpet made it socks super dark gray. The jacuzzi was very cloudy and had several leaves and dirt in it. The outside maintenance appeared dirty. I saw a housekeeper (male) throw dirty towels from the second floor down to the first floor landing on the floor, eew, are these the towels we use to bathe?"

"Everything was nice only complaint would be the service we received trying to check in. But overall experience was very nice. Our kids loved the pool we stayed for my sons birthday so he could swim we really enjoyed the pool area definitely will be back. Also breakfast was delicious I do suggest some more kid friendly fruits and cereals but other than that everything was amazing! "

"I have stayed at the Hotel Paso Del Norte for many years. It is a great hotel. The staff is courteous, helpful, and on top of the game. This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a bunch of them."

"We were assigned to the 1st floor. I think it faced the freeway. It was ver loud from the traffic and the a/c was not working. The staff transferred us to another room. It was very nice. I think Hyatt can replace the windows on the rooms facing freeway. The noise is pretty loud. Hopefully with better quality windows can keep the noise from freeway. "

"The receptionists was dressed kind of unprofessional, the bistro closed early, close to the freeway so you could hear the loud cars, had to pay extra for parking, shower was outdated, closet was broke, no microwave, uncomfortable beds."
