「Hallways filthy. Room key would not work. On the way to get it replaced. Met 2 others with the same problem. No room service. Breakfast that was included pitiful. Lack of electrical outlets in room unreal. Will never stay there again. Lady at ft desk was very kind. Did beg manager of restaurant to please bring me some food as I was very ill. Tipped them 100% as she did this on her break. The heating cooling unit. Worked only part of the time. I have stayed there at least 100 times in the past...
