"We like our stay here.The staff are all nice.The room is comfy and clean.Breakfast is all good.We all had fun in the pool and hot spa.Maybe just lessen the chlorine in the hot spa.Coz eyes feels burning when steaming.But overall,we enjoyed our stay here."

"What a beautiful place! Everything at the Roam Inn is high quality, from the furniture, over the bedding to their service. Even the water kettle in our room was special. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the entire place had somewhat like a European feel to it. I am glad we found this gem, you won’t find the average hotel experience here."

"I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Staff was friendly, I loved the extras from the complimentary cookies and juice to a sitting room with a TV and games. Continental breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice as well, the water temperature was perfect and the hot tub was great! One other feature I loved about the hotel was that it was pet friendly, they gave us a bag that had treats, poop bags and a ball. Overall a great hotel!"

"Nicely located near the locks, it is possible to hear and see ships (from some rooms). Also close to several restaurants and shops. "

"As older people, the beds were a bit too high. The corner where the frig and coffee maker were located was very dark, couldn't see the instructions for coffee."

"We really enjoyed our time here! Was wonderful. My only complaint is we were charged more than double our price and it was recognized immediately. We were told it would only take 3-5 days and it ended up taking 9 days to be returned after I had to follow up on it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We plan to be back next year! "

"Everything about our staythere was great exceot for the horrendously stiff queen bed we slept on. It was like a slab of stone. Outside of that the property and hotel were absolutely stunning. I think perhaps next time we will try a King bed"
