「Terrible experience I was traveling back to Florida with my dog, husband and baby. I stood in room 324 roaches in the room and the carpet super dirty. I told the staff and nobody paid attention to me, I was told a manager would reach out to me and nobody ever did. Please do not stay here.」

「The staff were so welcoming, kind, friendly and always willing to help. The food was good- my kids weren’t fans but they are so picky!! lol The room was clean and spacious! Our only complaint would be the maintenance for our room. The TV didn’t work, the blind was broken, the lock on the door didn’t work AT ALL, and the gap between the floor and the bottom of the door was about 2 inch- you can see under it very very easily. Maintenance clearly knew about the blind because he stopped my husband...

As soon as you walked in smelled like smoke with mix of what they attempted to clean with the smell with, only benefit was that it is right off 95」

「What a great hotel! We've stayed at so many in Florence, but first time here. Very nice. Love that the pool is outside!! Love the room with nice big fridge and freezer, we got ice cream from Brusters and put it in the freezer till we were ready to have it. Was a nice night for sitting out by the pool, and quiet, some hotels have nothing but highway noise. Pool was clean and the water was nice. Not too cold! Good breakfast!
