「The first night was not good. The AC would rattle badly when shutting down. In the morning I asked for it to be repaired prior to night time. Hope and the gentleman asked if I would like to move. I asked for a 4th floor room and they found one. It really impressed me that Hope went to the room and made sure the AC was working properly!! I'm a retired 61 year old jarhead, I was glad to see younger employees going above and beyond to make sure things were right with the product they were...

「We stayed here in 2023 for an anniversary trip to go see Shania at the BOK; it was so convenient so I knew when we had another concert to attend at the BOK we definitely wanted to stay at the same hotel. It definitely doesn't disappoint & I 10/10 recommend. Will most definitely be staying for all future BOK concerts. 」

「The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area. Everything was great except for one of the beds had a sheet on it that was stained. The breakfast was good. Overall I would stay there again. The staff was very friendly. 」
