「The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.」

「This is the best old school hotel ive ever stayed at. Beatiful location staff was great. My only negative is no ice dispencer, I get it but the ice was frozen into a block and with no Ice picks availble had to put the block in the tub to melt a little so i could break off a piece. 」

「We checked in and when we got to our room, it was not the room I reserved. It was a smaller room for our 7 people. They didn’t tell me the had changed my reservation. The couldn’t accommodate us with anything bigger. Staff didn’t seem to care at the inconvenience to us. Very disappointing experience. I asked for a discount price, but the said I had to go through Expedia.」
