「We were leaving to drive to vero for our stay. The rear glass of my car shatrered. When I called to cancel, I called the hotel 1st. Jennifer told me Expedia has a strict cancelation policy, but she was very sorry. When I spoke to Expedia it became clear Jennifer lied and it was the hotels policy. I do not like liars. Who knows what else they are lying about. So I will never stay here with those antics.」

「I loved the staff they were amazing the property itself is okay i had to change rooms three times once because the view was the parking lot not a garden but they upgraded me to water front which was nice however the bathroom ceiling was peeling and droopy and the room was dirty they moved me quickly next door only to have no phone my key fob never worked and the tub had paint marks and wasn’t in good shape but the food was great and the property itself is beautiful and well kept」

「This hotel is amazing. So clean. We had an oceanfront room. The staff at the front desk were so accommodating. The only two concerns I had was I thought the beach chairs should be included with the room price and not have to be rented. The second concern was that I saw visitors at the pool who did not seem to be guests. One group of 3 women had a huge cooler of drinks and they stayed by the pool all day long drinking their drinks and using both the pool and the hot tub. Another couple...
