"Where do i start... mistake in the reservations, Terrible room conditions, No Pillows available... and we brought our own pillow to the room and we forgot it in the room because we were in a rush to leave and no one called us to notify us to come back and pick it up and when i called they didn't even realize that they had our pillow. The bed wasn't clean and the sofa bed was horrendously dirty had to dress it up myself and cover it all in multiple layers of covers to make sure we won't get any bedbugs - I wouldn't recommend it at all"

"This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. My children’s feet were BLACK, from the hotel floor. We had to take the tank lid off the back of the toilet to refill the toilet tank? Everything felt dirty, glad my stay was only one night. Rayne at the front desk- was left behind as the only front desk attendant on the property and really kept a level head with a lobby full of people and a disgruntled caller on the line. Poor girl, but Kudos to her! She deserves mention."
