「The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.」

「I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover near GOI airport. The hotel’s appearance and room cleanliness were kept to a very high standard. Having a restaurant and a pool on-site was incredibly convenient after traveling. A special shout-out to the staff, who were very helpful and excellent at organizing a seamless airport transfer for me very early in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable, hassle-free stay close to the airport!」

「The hotel is good, clean, well-organized, and pleasantly scented. The staff are very polite and helpful; they even prepared food without spices for me, which I truly appreciate. The only issue I encountered was transportation. There are no nearby tourist attractions, so I had to rely on taxis for every trip, which became quite expensive. In the end, the cost-benefit was not favorable for me. On one day, I spent around 3,500 rupees on taxis, as there is no Uber available and the local app does...
