"The shower -tub, did NOT drain well....water built up to have standing water. Also, I wanted to take a quick wash up with only having the tub water, the shower head drippled water on my hair. This was the only negative Also wish there had been instructions for using the TV remote. I had to call for handyman service to show me HOW to use the remote."

"I had a room with a view of the bay and it was lovely. The room was clean and really cute with brick wall and arched windows. The bed and bedding were soft and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. Great location across the atreet from the Ferry Bldg "

"It’s was nice staying at Millwood . Staff cooperated during our stay . Price wise valuable. Free parking during stay was nice and safe . Just add some more options in mrng breakfast . Rest all is fine . 👍"

"We stayed here to be close to the Coliseum for a concert. Definitely worth the upgrade to a lake view room. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again. "

"The property was amazing and good and clean. But we left our truck parked on the back part of the lot and someone broke into it and stole our amp. Maybe have more security just to be on the safer side but overall the hotel itself was clean and staff were very generous and helpful."
