"Room was nice, had mini fridge and microwave which is very helpful when traveling with kids. Everything was in working order. The only issue was the parking we paid for, there was absolutely no spots and people parked on the sidewalks and handicapped spots"

"The web page said there was a restaurant on the property. When we arrived, we were told there was not and the web had not been updated. That was important for us. we would have gone to another hotel if we had known. Also, housekeeping only cleans the room every three days while you stay there. They should at least get the trash and see if you need anything. "

"I have been returning to the Residence Inn for over 6 years. It feels like home. The staffing is always very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for meeting with family and friends and very conveniently for exploring Worm Town and Central MA. I was extremely pleased to see that updating and grounds care are still addressed with care."

"We had a great time staying here. My kids had an awesome time. The room was very clean and comfortable. They enjoyed the pool, which was warm, and no crowd, they were always there alone whenever they went. Breakfast was ok as well. The pancakes were overdone and chewy, but everything else was great. We enjoyed the gym. The location is great for restaurants and stores etc."
