「The toilet did not flush. We smelled sewer all night long. The breakfast staff was not friendly at all, just watched me serve, stared at me and not a single smile or friendly face whatsoever. Same with other guests.」

「Good automated communication with AvantStay. Some odd lighting and switches including primary dining table light that didn’t work. I’m sure if we had let them know someone would had looked at it, but not worth it for short stay. Small bathroom was compensated for by tons of towels which felt luxurious. Comfortable, big bed. Great location. 」

「Avantstay was terrible to deal with. Two hours before our check in, they tell us we no longer have the condo we wanted and paid for. The "bathroom did not get remodeled in time". They never mentioned anything was wrong with the bathroom and i booked 2 months in advance. They switch us to another unit that was far worse. The place was much smaller, wifi didn't work at first, gave us wrong code for the pool. After all said and done, they gave us a small refund. If you want a nice vacation, don't...

「The room was super clean when I first arrived and entry was hassle free and easy. Spacious living and kitchen area, while the bedroom was super comfortable and plenty of storage space. On top of that, had a great view of lift 7! Very easy to get to the main gondola and restaurants which was a plus. Highly recommend this place! 」
