「Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Area where hotel is located isnt excatly safe for tourists but hotel has 24/7 security and easy to uber everywhere to and from the hotel. 」

「The picture looks better than the real thing. Everything in the room was old and it's quite cool to be stay in winter even the heater is on. The shopping centre is just opposite to the hotel and we had great fun there. But shops closed at 5 and supermarket closed at 6 in Joberg. So go out earlier . Staff is helpful. All in all, we just get what we pay for.」

「Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. 」

「Got to the place and it was in terrible condition. Dirty covers and bedbugs. No way was staying there. Contacted them to cancel reservation (with charge of one night) was planning on staying 5 nights. Didn't stay not one night. Never got a response from the hotel about cancelling the reservation. Instead my card was charged for a one night stay. No one should ever consider staying at the dump. Until this day still haven't heard from the hotel which a paid for and didn't stay not one night.
