「I didn't stay at this property, my child made a reservation by mistake, I sent to the property the man at the front desk told me I could gets refund if I called Expedia. They reached out to the property no one responded so I am waiting for my refund」

「Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Area where hotel is located isnt excatly safe for tourists but hotel has 24/7 security and easy to uber everywhere to and from the hotel. 」

「Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. 」
