「Everything was great except for when we got there Friday the 10th in the afternoon the short Hispanic lady was on the her phone speaking to friend or boyfriend cause when we stood in front of her she ignored us until my wife got her attention and you can tell while getting our room card she had a bad attitude look on her face cause we disturbed her cell phone moment. Everything else was great 👍」

「Overall the stay was fine for what I paid. My issue is that I was overchargered. I paid for my room through a third party site, then put down a card for the $50 incidental charge which I was told I would get back at check out. After checkout, I doubled checked my account and found that they charged me an additional $92. I went to the front desk, wasn't offered an explanation but was given a refund and a reciept.
