"DIRTY! This unit was dirty in many different areas, like several dead bugs in the corners, dried food in the stove and the refrigerator had a spoiled odor. Also the unit had a stale odor to it. Since . This made me feel uncomfortable and unable to relax during my visit. I tried to resolve with Red Awning, but their communication is slow. I recommend that the host ensure a thorough cleaning before guests arrive."

"I was in the area for my son's golf tournament. The location to the courses was great. The owners are extremely gracious and welcoming.The bedroom, bath/shower were very clean and well kept. They are happy to make breakfast for you. I enjoyed my stay. "

"This was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room. The rooms were well prepared. A lot was expected in cleanup - all dishes washed and put away (but we couldn’t find the dish soap), taking out the garbage (we had a hard time finding where the garbage should go), and stripping the beds. Other than that it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience."
