"Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was amazing….everyone was extremely friendly. Restaurant menu was small and simple so i wasn’t expecting much but the food and service were great. Definitely surprised and happy with the food. Best fries ive had in a long time. "

"My stay was really good, the staff at the front desk was friendly and gave recommendation for good food. Housekeeping refs to make sure that there are wash clothes in the room prior to check- in. Definitely my go to hotel when I travel to NYC!"

"For what the room cost they don’t clean the room every day, the same coffee mug wasn’t replaced with a new one every day I washed the mug and reused it every day, the restaurant was very good and the hotel is quiet."

"This was a very comfortable and clean hotel. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included when many lower cost hotels do include breakfast. Years ago, when I was working, I stayed in many Courtyards where they served wonderful breakfasts."

"I had a great time this weekend. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tim the manager at McAuthors was very helpful and accommodating. An all around great experience! "

"Very nice room. Seemed very clean. Only issue is when the people on the floor above me occupied their room, the noise from their walking on the floor above was very distinct/loud. Heels clicking loudly, squeaks/creaks from every footfall were heard clearly. Even the creaking of them going up the outside stairs was disturbing. Didn’t last long but woke me up. "

"My stay was great. The room was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had Everything i needed to cook. The water pressure and temperature were great. Breakfast was good Saturday and Sunday but Monday not so good. Very grateful for the late check out.My only complaint is that the tv screen in the sitting area was tinited blue the entire time I was there. I requested that it be fixed but no one came to do it."
