「Great place to stay while hiking in Acadia and quieter than Bar Harbor. Breakfast is perfect for hikers and very clean place.」

「Apparently the check in is framed between 3-6pm. Due to traffic we were late 20 minutes and dared to ring the door. Someone answered and without coming down sent us to the units in the back of the house. The attitude was standoffish. . The bathroom smelled from mold which for me is a turn off. It’s too expensive for what they give. And there are too strict with their rules for travelers.」

「You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set.」

「The home was like staying at grandma’s house, complete with dust bunnies and spider webs. It’s a cute home in a great location to explore Acadia. We watched deer from the porch. It was a fantastic stay in that regard. RedAwning … a different story. They got our check in date wrong, so we could not get into the property until almost midnight.
