「It was nice to feel safe! the property was well maintained. With the offer of up to 3 drinks per guest it allowed us a place to sit and chat for a couple hours instead of trying to sit on the beds in the rooms and chat. I meet 2 different family members there for just a night, we appreciate the facility being just what we needed. 」

「The property has been restored to a 1920 homestead and it is extremely inviting and comfortable. The porch overlooking the Ohio River was an awesome feature and we enjoyed our coffee while waiting for the sunrise and listening to the water flow by. The houses are very private at the end of Water Street. Dan, the manager was very hospitable and called prior to our check in to go over the details and make recommendations about the local color.
