「The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn’t mind that my family and I played charades (with two kids under 10) laughing and giggling in the main checkin area. We also enjoyed every consumable product in the room - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, etc. It was all high quality. The pool was clean and well-maintained.
