"From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional! The check-in staff were absolutely amazing; warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. It set the tone right away, and honestly, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. They truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was fantastic —hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve had to date. There was lots of variety with options to suit every dietary need!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Perfect stay for going to a local show like the Palace Theatre as it’s within walking distance. Great breakfast till 9:30. The parking is also great as they utilize a garage next door that made it so easy!"

"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back."
