"Very clean, great service. Hotel is outdated and bathrooms need work. Bathroom paint was chipping and lots of poorly executed repairs. the pool was heavily chlorinated and while my little daughter was sweaming, a guy came and dumped a ton of shock saying it was safe when I asked him what he poured. That was not nice or a safe thing to do. The manager allowed a late check out which was nice."

"Accommodations were clean, spacious & great! Nice breakfast & bar, very helpful staff. Only complaint was the $24/day parking you had to walk a distance to for parking. Should’ve been included in price."

"Perfect stay for going to a local show like the Palace Theatre as it’s within walking distance. Great breakfast till 9:30. The parking is also great as they utilize a garage next door that made it so easy!"

"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back."
