「Great place to stay! It was raining during our stay but was just as magical. We prepared for rain and brought umbrellas. We grabbed coffee from the snack bar and went for a walk. Daisies are my favorite flower, and they were all around the property. the suite was very clean. Property was well maintained. We raced each other on the racing game in the game room. Loved our stay and our massages. Great way to relax!」

「This was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. We did enjoy the stay however. We thought the breakfast left something to be desired. Also everything seemed to just have a bit of dampness to it. All in all we did enjoy our stay and visit to Williamsburg.」

「Great stay, family reunion over Memorial Day weekend. Very clean, spacious rooms. Restaurant very accommodating. Five minutes to stores and fifteen to Colonial Williamsburg.」

「The floors are in need of good cleaning but otherwise our stay was comfortable. The location is great, plenty of parking. The breakfast is somewhat limited. 」

「Fort Magruder has the best deal for Williamsburg, hands down. We go monthly to go to Busch Gardens and Water Country—perfect location for both parks. It’s not the fanciest, but the front desk folks are friendly, the breakfast is included, and rest is had. 」

「My stay was as I expected. I always clean and disinfectant my hotel room wherever I go, so it was clean enough at arrival. Staff was friendly, nice amenities, convenient to dozens of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was extraordinary or standout. I did appreciate the option for late check out because we were exhausted.」

「Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. 」

「Loved the villa and it was SO CLEAN. The staff were great. We enjoyed the pool, mini golf and playing horseshoes! It was really close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. 」

「We absolutely loved this hotel. The best part are the grounds and attached vineyard. It’s really beautiful we were so pleasantly surprised! 」

「The stay in itself was fine. The only issue we had was that our room was right under the HVAC units so the noise was irritating (when we checked in they weren’t running) and made it hard to sleep restfully. We were there for the night. When I told them the next morning at checkout, they did offer us free breakfast, which I appreciated. 」

「We found our room very clean and up to date with all the amenities we need. Although the pool was in the prices of being maintained we found it very unique. We loved the historical nature and architecture of the area.」
