「What made our experience at this hotel excellent were the following: 1. Clean and comfortable room. 2. Very nice amenities—thoroughly enjoyed the well maintained workout facility with a large screen tv streaming quality movies from AMC; not to mention, a pool kept at the right temperature AND lovely outdoor seating areas to enjoy with family and friends! 3. 「We were exhausted from traveling all day. We were unable to sleep because the room was located next to an ice machine and exit doors. When I returned our room keys I was asked about our stay by a woman at the desk. I told her terribly because of the noise! She proceeded to tell me that it was the noisiest room of the hotel. She asked why I accepted that room. I asked her how I was supposed to know that! Then she asked why didn’t we come back to the desk and ask for a different room. We...

「Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. 」

「The property is in a great location near the Interstate, Restaurants, and Shopping. The room AC needed repairs as at times, the room was very uncomfortable. The hallway felt cooler.」
