「I wish we had known that the hotel was being renovated. We chose this facility based on the fact that it had a workout facility, but due to renovations it was closed. The pool was also closed due to a chemical imbalance. Neither of these things were mentioned on the website, which would have been really easy to do. To top it off, there was an unhoused person sleeping in the elevator lobby on the morning we were leaving. 」

「I thought the staff was wonderful and helpful. The rooms are updated but the ceiling was pealing old paint the toilet ran the entire night and my other room I rented as well the toilet you would have to giggle every flush. No one was on staff for the weekend. I get it people need breaks but toilets should not run the entire night. Way to much noise. PS ice machines broke and sign said go to third floor and then that was broke as well. Need to keep appliances working.... Would I stay...
