「看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。」

Further, I have stayed at this property a number of times since its opening. I was amazed at the amount of wear and tear at this property. Wood trim on every surface was noticeably scratched, chipped or damaged in some way, the sofa fabric had a tear, etc., making it hard to determine if the facility was clean or not as the air of dinginess was...

「Air conditioner wasn't working so the room was warm. When we called the front desk we were told to open the window and call back in the morning. Needless to say it was not a comfortable nights sleep. The beds leave a lot to be desired.」

「A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role. She became frustrated, her voices was raised, argumentative and simply rude. Never should she have access to customers. 」
