「Sheila the front desk person who checked us in was very nice. The room was clean, but a bit worn. The countertop was beginning to flake on the bottom. They had common bottles of shampoo and body soap, but no lotion. A family of two women and three small children were checked into the room next to us at 8 pm. 「Everything was great except I wasn’t told that I now had a daily parking rate until I went to check out.」

「Not very pet welcome. We were stuck on the fourth floor. Hard to get out. Room was clean but floors were very dirty. We used two swifter pads and the were black. Breakfast staff very friendly and attentive. 」

「I can't comment on pet-friendliness as it isn't an issue, except for my allergies, which gave me no trouble.」

「Maid staff speaks VERY poor English. Some furniture was tattered. 2x ply toilet paper in bathrooms. For $300 a night, I would've expected better.」
