「Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number -...

「Brilliant place to stay in Seville. Such a good price for a lovely apartment. Great location. Only negative was the card payment would not work with the online check in even though I tried multiple times and communication was slow. It was all sorted though. Would stay again 」
