The staff did a great job every day with our room and I can’t forget ‘Carlos’ who helped us with check in and throughout our 1 week stay. "The entire hotel was so beautiful and the room came with everything we needed. My only complaint is that the pool/seating is too small to accommodate all the guests that want to use it.. it felt like battle of the sun beds. Other than that we loved our stay-especially the lobby candy bar and the pain au chocolate in the bakery!"
